Shipping & Returns Policy
Once your payment is processed, we’ll ship your package in 3-5 business days. You can expect delivery in 3-10 business days with standard shipping. If you don’t have your Fabulyn Skincare products after 15 business days, please contact us so we can find out what happened.
Be sure to provide the correct address when you order. Fabulyn is not liable for lost or undeliverable packages caused by an incorrect address or other order information errors.
Once an order is submitted, it’s automatically lined up for fulfillment and shipping. Therefore, we can’t process any changes or cancellations after your order is submitted.
Refunds
Fabulyn can’t issue refunds for online orders, but we’re happy to correct any mistakes that we make. If you receive the wrong product, send us an email at the address above with a picture of the item(s) you received, and we’ll send you a shipping label to return them for free. Once we receive the unopened item(s), we’ll ship the correct product(s) in 3-5 business days.
We love our products and package them carefully, but we can’t guarantee their safety on the journey. If your package or contents arrive damaged, please email the address above with your name, order number, and pictures of the damaged item(s). Once approved, your replacement will be sent immediately.
Once you receive your package, it’s up to you to keep it safe! Fabulyn is not responsible for packages or products that are lost, stolen, or damaged after confirmed delivery. Contact USPS if you believe a mistake was made with your delivery.
